Please also understand that, in some cases, these items are 20, 30, 40 or more years old and are susceptible to the elements and age. NO WARRANTY IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED UNLESS EXPLICITLY NOTED. NEW WATCHES GENERALLY HAVE A ONE YEAR WARRANTY ON TIME-KEEPING. PLEASE ASK IF YOU ARE UNSURE. WE ARE NOT AN AUTHORIZED AGENT FOR ANY OF THE BRANDS WE SELL.
If you ever have a problem with an item, we are happy to help you resolve it but REFUNDS ARE NOT POSSIBLE UNLESS THE ITEM IS NOT AS DESCRIBED. WE ENCOURAGE ALL CUSTOMERS TO ASK ALL QUESTIONS PRIOR TO PURCHASE TO AVOID ANY POSSIBLE MISUNDERSTANDINGS.
ALL DEALS ARE FINAL. In the event we choose to accept a return, a 20% RESTOCKING FEE will be charged and shipping is NOT REFUNDABLE.
Once a deal is made, deposits are non-refundable and we expect your payment or trade to reach us in a reasonable time period. “A DEAL IS A DEAL”. Any changes to the agreed upon terms regardless of circumstance (unless negotiated and agreed to prior to shipping) are subject to a 20% restocking/service fee, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please ask ALL questions prior to completing our negotiated agreement. We provide all information available to us but it is not possible for us to anticipate your questions and know everything about every watch.

Also, we do not ship to Indonesia, Philippines, or Middle East without complete release of liability (in writing) prior to shipping.
Please note: ONCE ITEMS ARE SHIPPED, THEY BECOME PROPERTY OF THE SHIPPER. REFUNDS, THEREFORE, CAN ONLY BE MADE BY OUR INSURER ONCE A CLAIM FOR LOSS IS MADE AND COMPLETED. WE ONLY SHIP WATCHES INSURED FOR THEIR FULL VALUE UNLESS SPECIAL AND EXPLICIT ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE. IN CASES WHERE AN ITEM IS NOT INSURED FOR FULL VALUE, THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RELATED RISKS.
